Walt Clarck is a technology executive with over 15 years experience delivering
strategic technology solutions to the real estate, title and relocation industries.
He currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Transaction Processing
Systems with Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions. In this capacity, Walt is
responsible for the strategic development and deployment of Fidelitys flagship
Transaction Point transaction management platform.
As an industry authority in transaction management solutions, Walt previously
held the position of Vice President, Technology Deployment for Stewart Realty
Solutions and as a consultant to First American Title where he was responsible
for strategy development and deployment of their real estate transaction
management systems. During these assignments, Walt successfully directed the
enhancement and deployment of transaction management solutions to numerous
residential and commercial real estate brokerages, title companies, homebuilders
and multiple listing service organizations.
Walt previously held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief
Information Officer for Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, and
was responsible for the planning, development and deployment of this companys
information systems and eBusiness delivery strategy.
As Vice President of Systems Development for Coldwell Banker, Walt directed
the development of information systems for this nationwide real estate and
relocation services company. Prior to this Walt held key technology management
and consulting positions within the financial services, distribution, and
manufacturing sectors.
Walt is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, where he
received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
